How is PFL Advising different from Academic Advising?
The PFL Program offers success-focused student support and helps you navigate KSU and beyond. PFL advisors work with students from all majors and help discuss the best plan for you based on your interests and personal experiences.
Academic advisors provide academic guidance to keep you on track for graduation. Academic advisors are assigned based on intended major and help discuss the best course plan and your academic options for upcoming semesters.
Both your academic advisor and your PFL advisor can assist you in identifying and achieving your academic, career, and personal goals and can connect you to campus programs and services.
